Works the same way - RMB brings up a list:

Properties
Enable Radio
Scan for connection
Public Hotspot
Select Profile
Add/Edit Profile
TCP/IP Interface
Help
Window
Exit

 

As I told already, the only thing I'm getting is wlanstat.exe running in the background. And an rmb gives nothing but the standard properties for any executive file.
