To tag along on this thought, are there any apps available to pull info off the
PCMCIA bus to identify chipsets, etc. (in the vein of PCI.EXE or USBRES.EXE for
their respective busses)? The IBM pcmcia/cardbus stuff is really coded with
some restricted choices and just pulling the genereic info would help a lot.
I've got a couple of wireless cards that I have NO idea which drivers to even
start with and the info packed with the budget variety cards, probably using
common chipsets, is somewhat less than useful.
