I was using the NetGear PCI Card for a while and it worked with the driver from the eCS site.  I quite using it because I have a 2.4 Ghz phone and my Wife tends to wander around the house when talking and I kept loosing my connection.  It's always something.

Is there a genprism driver (or a setting for the current one) that works with a
desktop PCI card?  I got it working with with the pcmcia card but I can't get
the linakages right for it to bind under the desktop with a Dlink PCI card. FWIW, the Dlink card runs fine with the generic prism driver under Mandrake
10.1, so I think the driver should be compatible if I can get the bindings
right.  That's always an issue with Dlink and their mucical chair game they
play with devices.
