I Go to a command prompt and type mpts Click ok and then click 'Configure MPTS' Click 'LAN adapters and protocols' and then 'Configure' If your card is not already listed in the bottom listbox you have not yet installed it. You must click "Add network card". If there is OS/2 driver support for your card you can install your card at this time. Next you need to bind a protocol (IBM TC/PIP - for internet; IBM OS/2 NETBIOS - for networking) to the driver. Finally, you will want to configure your adapter by double-clicking on it in the bottom listbox or selecting it and then clicking the "Edit" button. Now you can fill in whatever information you need/want. IIRC, NETBIOS must be installed over (or on top of - in the listbox) TC/PIP like this: "Stage 3 - Review the current configuration: Your Adapter.... 0 - NETBIOS 0 - TC/PIP HTH Jeffrey R Smick Homepage @ http://home.earthlink.net/~jeff.smick Blog @ http://home.earthlink.net/~jeff.smick/blogger/blogger.html Quote Of The Moment: Resentment is letting someone you despise live rent free in your head. -Ann Landers Quote Of Our Time: "War is the terrorism of the rich, whilst terrorism is the war of the poor." -Peter Ustinov =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to steward@2rosenthals.com with the command "unsubscribe os2-wireless_users" in the body (omit the quotes).
