I'd say, RTFM, so see the INF file, section usage.

To launch it, execute readme.cmd within the extracted package or press the details button on the last page of the properties notebook, press mouse button 2 (as always under OS/2 and eCS) to get the context menu for that.

I'm ready to answer every questuion that may remain unanswered.
