Yes, definitely, here it works... I have the Artem running on Genprism 
rc4 on lan2 and csico 350 (older one) on lan3.

It may be that you may have been bothered by a little problem in the 
GUI: when you want to select the TCP/IP interface in the properties 
notebook, you can do that only for the interface currently selected. 
Don't switch around both the device and the corresponding interface, but 
instead close the notebook first before switching the device - else only 
one gets updated.
