It could still have been a fragmentation issue (at the client, not the AP). Any idea how old the XP driver was before you bumped it up?Hmm, IMHO the XWLAN should only set these settings that can be set on the fly by communication with the driver. For sure the drivers from Jens Glathe don't have an interface. I have received some docs from Willibald Meyer on the generic interface calls supported by the Windows NDIS model - for whatever can be set by the IOCTL calls thgrough the NDIS wrapper, it may well make sense to include properties or connection profile settings into XWLAN. The GUI part is the minor challenge here...
I'm not sure what Jens has set for RTS and Frag in his driver.
Hmmm... And Christian, since you mentioned it, it might be nice to be able to tweak these settings from XWLAN... <g,d,&r> (Not sure how to implement this in a generic way, nor how to make these changes "on the fly." In the AP, most reboot when these settings change, don't they?)
