The T30 tri-mode card is not supported by the official IBM driver, only the
802.11b driver for the T2x series. Are you sure which card you have in the
machine? The unsupported one is 31P9701 FRU# 97P7301. This one is made by
Philips (I'm holding a new one in my hand).
