There are drivers available. Your first stop should (always) be: 
http://www.os2warp.be/.

The official IBM High Rate wireless driver requires either Passport 
Advantage, Software Chouice (through next month), or an eCS license, and 
can be had eitheer from IBM or from www.ecomstation.com.

Orinoco drivers are available from Orinoco, I believe (someone please 
correct me if I'm wrong).

And the NetGear driver you'll find at http://www.os2warp.be/.
