When java131 was out of the path and everything I had:

Then the new tcpcfg2.cmd must be the culprit, or something something. 
When tcpcfg2.cmd calls for a file  jv12mi36.dll, and GC java141 doesn't 
have that file, it all looks rather mysterious to me  I'm afraid.

Well, following orders out of the GC readme's  I'm using  now  GC java  
in Batchfiles  and  as mozilla plugin,  and java131 is agin in the path.
