I thought that TCPCFG2 required Java 1.1.8 no exceptions.  Are you guys 
saying there's a newer one that will work with newer java versions?  
Anyway there are allot of apps that only work with Java 1.1.x so it is a 
good idea to always have that as your default JVM.
