There is java131 here and GC java141, no java118.

When I replace the java131 byy GC java141 (the latest GA vesrsion),  
tcpcfg2 hangs at startup.

My *jar is:

17-10-02 19:35      1.030.593      0 a---  tcpcfg2.jar

Exactly the same apparently.
