Got the setup page!!!Excellent, Mark! Okay, from the setup page, can you report back here the firmware revision which should be listed toward the top, but under the navigation bar?
1.45.7 Oct 8 2003
Now, at the other end, do you have a machine connected to the other LinkSys unit? If not, I'm going to need for you to move your eCS workstation (or something else) so that we can connect to it while keeping the DSL bridge connected (I'm very familiar with the Westell B90 series; this should be no trouble) to the LinkSys and the phone line. BTW, is your DSL service PPPoE (i.e., did they give you a username and password for it), static (did they give you an IP address to enter into your router or computer), or DHCP?
This is being written at PC operating with Lindows connected to the DSL line thru the Westell modem to the Linksys Broadband Wireless-G router, wired to the PC. DSL service is, I think, PPPoE. name is markrussell1 and password is Sigma7. I don't know if DHCP is active on the Lindows machine. Lindows will not bring up Linksys setup screen ... it has its own.
If you do have the ability to connect to the Wireless-G LinkSys box near the DSL bridge, let me know the firmware on that one, as well. This way, I can tell if we need to upgrade either device before setting up the wireless bridge.
don't know how to get this.
Good job!!
