Linksys Sipura SPA-841; now superseded by 941 (I think)
Bangkok: I use Ji-Net which offers free SIP accounts on their server
and cheap calls to PSTN. Unfortunately it lacks connectivity with
other SIP servers worldwide, but it is OK for what I use it for (which
is all my voice networking around Thailand except for the point-to
point stuff)
USA: Galaxy; "free" USA number actually costs $2.50 per month
(you just pay for tax) and get 60 free minutes. Cheap PSTN calls
UK: voipuser.org: service which offers a free UK phone number
and free PSTN calls; but there is a slight 'gotcha' == read the
details on their site
