I was having the same problem with GC 1.4.1 as my default, so I went
looking on eCSMT for an update. There was a Java neutral LVM listed but
no TCPCFG that I saw, though there is a TCPIP update that might include
it. I went to the eComstation FTP server and in /Fixes-Features/TCPIP/
found ic40875.zip which just has the TCPCFG change in it. Since I applied
that TCPCFG2.CMD works now with GC 1.4.1
