Please send me C:\IBMLAN\IBMLAN.INI and C:\IBMCOM\PROTOCOL.INI Network configuration program makes stupiditys in IBMLAN.INI when Netbios is binded to more inerfaces. I have very similar configuration (without Netbios over TCP/IP) and is working. Additionally my T23 is working as router between two peers (wired and wireless).
