I'm also using a Cisco 340 and a 350 successfully with the cisco 340/350 beta driver. Of the three wireless PCMCIA cards I have used (the 340, the 350 and an IBM High Rate card) I find the 350 the best for throughput, though I have noticed an infrequent but annoying tendency to lose the wireless connection (maybe once or twice a day) but the connection is re-established after pulling out and then re-inserting the card.
