For any hardware, including a laptop, if you buy one with components with OS= /2 drivers, then you will be pretty happy. If you look only at Windows performance, and then try to put OS/2, then your results will be random. Lots of us are running laptops with wire, wireless, modem, and everything el= se. Either do a little research before you buy, or go to one of the several vend= ors selling eCS preloaded. Judging by my windows-using friends, lots of features that ought to work, don't, even on Windows XP.
