My Wi-Fi card is enabled and receives an IP address, as well as transporting IPX packets before I even press Ctrl-Alt-Del to log on. Looking at the settings in IBM Access Connections, it looks like it's set to automatically switch between available networks (wired and wireless). Perhaps that's the key to it? I thought I might have an XP ThinkPad A31p for the weekend to work on, but that particular machine seems to be behaving itself, so I don't think the client will be dropping it off (otherwise, I was going to try to set up the PLC on it and configure one of my other machines for TCPBIOS or NetBIOS to test things out in a more similar environment to yours).
