X-List-Unsubscribe: Send email to mailusers-request@2rosenthals.com X-List-Owner: mailusers-owner@2rosenthals.com Carl, have a look at the OS/2 Warp File and Print Client Guide for notes on setting up and administering network messaging. It travels over NetBIOS, using the user ID of the remote computer to identify destinations. To change the user ID (they will have to be unique across all stations!), use either File & Print Client or the User Profile Management Services folder to change them on each station. Alternatively, you could use John Angelico's drop-in replacement (available on Hobbes: http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/apps/misc/tg2360.zip) I'm sure there are IP-only solutions, but I can't seem to find any on Hobbes right now... -- Lewis ------------------------------------------------------------ Lewis G Rosenthal, CNA Rosenthal & Rosenthal Accountants / Network Consultants New York / Northern Virginia www.2rosenthals.com Team OS/2 / NetWare Users International www.novell.com ------------------------------------------------------------ This OS/2 system (Apollo) uptime is 0 days 00:56 hours and 23 seconds =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to steward@2rosenthals.com with the command "unsubscribe os2-wireless_users" in the body (omit the quotes).
