Hi Andy,

I was going to move this off-list but unfortunately (or in some cases fortunately) the users actual e-mail address is not shown, so apologies to others on the list while I make a quick update as you may know the answer and save me some time in tracking this down.

I have set up my environment as you suggest with the mixed Innotek Java 1.4 executables and Windows Java 1.5 files in one directory and set the variables - when I now try to run the SIP-Communicator program I get the following failure:

[F:\programs\sip-communicator]java -classpath "lib/jdic-all.jar;lib/jdic_stub.ja
r;lib/felix.jar;lib/bcprovider.jar;sc-bundles/sc-launcher.jar;sc-bundles/util.ja r" -Djava.library.path=native -Dfelix.config.properties=file:./lib/felix.client.
run.properties -Djava.util.logging.config.file=lib/logging.properties net.java.s
ip.communicator.launcher.SIPCommunicator

My CMD files are as follows:

java15.cmd

SET PATH=f:\programs\java\jre1.5.0_07\bin;%PATH%
SET CLASSPATH=
set java_home=f:\programs\java\jre1.5.0_07
set JAVA2_USERHOME=G:\usr\edurrant

and

run.cmd for SIP-Communicator

mkdir %HOME%\.sip-communicator
mkdir %HOME%\.sip-communicator\log
call java15
java -classpath "lib/jdic-all.jar;lib/jdic_stub.jar;lib/felix.jar;lib/bcprovider.jar;sc-bundles/sc-launcher.jar;sc-bundles/util.jar" -Djava.library.path=native -Dfelix.config.properties=file:./lib/felix.client.run.properties -Djava.util.logging.config.file=lib/logging.properties net.java.sip.communicator.launcher.SIPCommunicator

Everything looks in order from what I can see.  My SIP is Alpha3 nightly build 1735, maybe the one you have has a problem.  At this point I'd suggest ecs-technical to get more eyes on it.
Andy

OK, I have build 1731 - I'll see if I can get 1735 and see how it goes. Moving this thread to ecs-technical list.

Cheers/2

Ed.
