Static? Yes both cards have static IP's assinged. I booted up my laptop into Win2K and the card works fine communicating with the Desktop with it running eCS or Win98. One other thing on my laptop is that it doesn't even recognize that the card is there until I reseat it during or after bootup. The power light doesn't even come on until I reseat when booting eCS.
