OK, downloaded IBM High Rate Wireless LAN PC Card-128 from eCS site.
Driver is loaded and card is configured. In WifiState I see :

Status "Connected to ESS"
SSID : "name of my network" @ 11 MBit/s

In logs of access point I see that my card is attached to network,
but I can't ping any machine and can't start requester for NetBIOS.
