Can anyone recommend Wireless NICs with good power/sensitivity and that can
accomodate external antennas?
Goal is to increase range on both a Desktop PC (PCI slot) and a Notebook
(PCMCIA Card) that are each in weak reception areas. Any info on the
external antennas themselves would be appreciated too- brands, sources?
My Access Point is a LinkSys WAP11 mated with a LinkSys Signal Booster WSB24.
Not sure if anything else can be done here. I need an omni-directional (360
degree) pattern to carry all of the other wireless clients, so a directional
antennas to help the above would hurt the rest.
Thanks,
Randy
