This leads to really choppy video. One of my suppliers has a new model network-attachable camera with a 30fps frame rate for under $300 (http://www.cables.com/miva/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=CARA&Product_Code=IP-Camera&Category_Code=NH). I'll be getting an eval unit to check out later this week.
