In Virginia, my brother had to actually fill out a special form at DMV so as to get a non-SS # on his license. And of course, the people on the other side of the counter look at us with such disbelief...
Anyway, that's why I'm so concerned about the security of my network.
And rightfully so!

opportunity for a cruiser w/ a laptop and rf sniffing software to happen
upon my network. Funny thing, after our DA last year filed felony charges
against a local geek that was sniffing out the County Clerk's LAN
What was the outcome? Did the case actually go to trial? (See how we can swing things back on topic so quickly? ;-) )
, these
behaviors seem to have gone underground. There are no longer any signals
downtown except around the outskirts. Maybe people truly have become more
security conscious. I hope so. As do I.
