I understand. I was just being tongue-in-cheek. Most "I can't get it 
working" posts are, you know, vague. In refreshing contrast (I should 
expect this from you; you know what you're doing with this stuff), your 
message was clear, compiled, and showed that you'd tried several angles 
before seeking assistance.

Understood. Have you mentioned this over in the eCS forums or in their 
newsgroup? I'm not sure what's really different between the eCS 1.1 
implementation and earlier Warp releases. I've done a couple test 
installs of eCS 1.1, which went quite well. In fact, the only hardware 
that's given me trouble is that which actually has no available driver: 
an AOpen motherboard with an SIS chipset and onboard LAN. There's no 
published driver for the NIC.
