I think that depends on the driver. I'm pretty sure the Cisco340 driver
doesn't do that. I'll have to try it with my IBM WiFi card though.
Just as a clarification, I meant the original never officially released
Cisco340 driver developed by IBM. The new one under development has the
ability to connect to any SSID. But you didn't hear that from me. ;-)
