Thanks, Stan. Here's an update to your update:

I have successfully connected my LinkSys WRT54G in my Club-level room on
the 9th floor, and I am typing this in the lounge on the 10th floor (the
10th floor Club lounge is for Club-room guests only - I suppose - as one
must insert a Club-level keycard in the elevator to get here (though I'd
be surprised if the stairs were locked!!). The SSID is "warpstock". My
Cisco 350 is pulling 40-42% signal strength up here, too. I will have
the LinkSys connected in my room outside of class time, which means all
but Thursday am and Friday afternoon.

This is a followup to my last posting, which did not appear on the list. There is FREE WIFI in the lobby and restaurant on the first floor. Not in the Club Room on the 10th. The network is unencrypted and called turbonet.  You must open a browser and accept the terms to actually get a open connection. Firefox/Moz are fine for this.
