Christian, IMHO that page is complicated and error-prone to say the least. For me, a recent message in the eCS-Technical group sums it up:

"Whatever Jonas' intentions, the time I've spent at his site trying to
get solutions to problems: which card and which driver and from
where--have been excessive, frustrating, and wasted."
