Sure,

I use the pcmcia version 8 (it's really for thinkpads but my RL5c475 CardBus Controller which is on the pci adapter works with it. I reported the whole story 
to Jonas (warp.be) and to Artem but don't know what they did do with the information. 
Be sure to check what kind of pci adapter you get. There seems to be plx adapter for wireless cards I don't know of they work.
