Other people have this working using something similar to the cmd file
shown below.

I'm having problems with my T23 (Ecs 1.1) with both the builtin Intel PRO
NIC and a Cisco 342 pcmcia. Got each of them working OK as long as it was
the only installed (in mpts).  Now I have both NICs installed in MPTS -
the wired NIC as lan0 and the wireless as lan1.

Wired seems to work across the board.  Wireless doesn't work at all if the
wired NIC is still plugged in, but if it is unplugged, then wireless works
(some of the time) but dhcp doesn't.  What happens is dhcp mon only shows
lan0.

There's no help for dhcpmon (except for a help item in the dhcpmon window
itself, which doesn't address cmd line options).  What does the -t option
do?

netstat -n shows both interfaces, with the wireless on lan1.

Here's my wireless cmd (adapted from one from Neil Waldhauer):

/* turn on the radio
 * This command activates the 802.11b interface
 *
 * The wireless NIC should be inserted in the PC Card slot
 */
say "Activating the wireless network card"
'ifconfig lan0 down'
'ifconfig lan0 delete'
'killem dhcpmon '
'route -fh'
'arp -f'
'dhcpstrt -i lan1 -d 10'
'start dhcpmon'
say "Wireless networking enabled"
return

If someone has this working, I'd be interested in what's in the setup.cmd
along with any other words of advice.
