What I meant was I configured the WEP Key and SSID through MPTS which configures the protocol.ini and I didn't start the WiFiState utility. It didn't connect to
the network.
But I do the same with an open system it connects to the network automatically just fine.
I'm getting different behaviours on a encrypted network and open network. And was wondering if there was a reason for it.

Yes I believe I did that correctly.
