Hi,

It depends, if you have a dhcp address then putting the information (wepkey ssid) in mpts speeds up the boot process. Because after initialising the ssid
and wep your dhcp address is given.
The new wxwidget doesn't allow to put info about wep and ssid in the mpts.  (i couldn't get is working after clearing mpts it works great)
