The card appears as an extra PCMCIA slot. Actually this machine has two distinct PCMCIA controllers (from lspci):
02:00.0 CardBus bridge: O2 Micro, Inc. OZ6933 Cardbus Controller (rev 01)
02:00.1 CardBus bridge: O2 Micro, Inc. OZ6933 Cardbus Controller (rev 01)
02:0b.0 CardBus bridge: Texas Instruments PCI1410 PC card Cardbus Controller (rev 01)

I owned a IBM R30 with a OZ6912 chipset, for this I used the IBM2SS04.SYS
driver this worked fine with the Athem card. Did you try this cardbus driver?

Kind regards,
Frank

I used SS2TICB.SYS, patched by Daniela so it recognizes all TI models. I'll try to load IBM2SS04.SYS along with SS2TICB.SYS, let's see how the PCMCIA subsystem deals with two controllers...

The controller is being recognized, and so appears to be the card. The problem is that it's not allocating resources to it, (card manager shows "In" state instead of "Ready"), even though I can manually assign an IP address to it.
