FWIW, I have a TPad w/the 802.11b integrated adapter.  I just ran the
PCI reporter on my system and it was reported as:

>Vendor 1260h Intersil Americas Inc (Was: Harris Semiconductor)
>Device 3873h PRISM 2.5 802.11b 11Mbps Wireless Controller

Which is consistent with Craig Hart's PCI device table [used by the
program]:
