I sometimes call mine a "SinkPad" too... Actually, I didn't think that the AcerNotes would support OS/2 at all. I'm surprised that as much works on yours as you have found. Most ThinkPad components are Hitachi, these days. Acer used to manufacture TI notebooks. When TI decided to get out of the field, Acer bought back the TravelNote name. Solid machines, from what I've seen.
