Obviously, we have several opinions circulating among the group (opinions as to whether we should keep the OT stuff going, as well as opinions as to the current OT thread...). If we have more people than just Charles & I who are interested in continuing this discussion, I'd be happy to start another list (though it's getting tough for me to keep up with reading & posting to the lists to which I'm already subscribed!), or we could move this to a CompuServe forum.

Should we discuss the tolerance for OT threads, let's try to keep it to that: OT threads, not the disarmament of Iraq issue. The whole OT thing reaches across subject lines, so if it's not the current discussion, it will come up again with something else. I started this list specifically as an unmoderated one, & I'm not about to jump in here now and set down hard and fast rules. That said, I don't want to alienate any of our members, especially on political grounds.

Thoughts?
