Interesting that both Linksys and Netgear claim (in the press releases on their respective Web sites) to be the first to ship products that handle all three wireless modes (a, b and g).

If the weather didn't look so nasty here (large wet snowflakes on top of earlier freezing rain), I might even at this moment have been on my way to the store to buy a pair of 802.11g devices (Linksys PCCard device and router). Perhaps this is not the time to buy wireless devices.
