My apologies to everyone for the posting delays today. Cable went down shortly after 7:30 this morning (-0500), and I couldn't get at it until this afternoon. Seems Cablevision must've reprovisioned the line somewhere in the neighborhood (probably added another repeater), as I had to bypass my amplifier in order to get the cable modem (I hate that term...the thing doesn't modulate or demodulate anything, so it's not a "modem" at all) to sync up.
Anyway, that's all done, so we should be up for another six months or so... ;-)
