The statement is correct and there's not much I can do. Sorry. Subject: OS/2 Wireless Users List: List of working cards Oliver, perhaps you could give us a comment on the release status of the Cisco 340/350 drivers. Mark Dodel has mentioned that IBM requested that VOICE remove reference to the download link from their website, as the drivers were developed for a particular customer and not available for general use. What is the normal course of driver development at IBM, specifically, if a driver is developed for a customer (assuming that this is at the customer's request), is there usually a clause in the statement of work that the driver remains the property of IBM and may be distributed at IBM's discretion, or is it typically stated that the driver becomes the intellectual property of the customer? =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to steward@2rosenthals.com with the command "unsubscribe os2-wireless_users" in the body (omit the quotes).
