WiSP backhauls utilize 5 gHz unlicensed. There are a bunch of vendors that make a 2.4/5ghz radio card. I have a D-link for one and there are others as well as an FYI. I don't think you'll see much end-user 5 gHz stuff, that's my personal opinion.
