Try saving the following as PROTOCOL.INI and rebooting: [PROT_MAN] DRIVERNAME = PROTMAN$ [IBMLXCFG] TCPIP_NIF = tcpip.nif W8086X1043_NIF = W8086X1043.NIF [TCPIP_NIF] DriverName = TCPIP$ BINDINGS = W8086X1043_NIF [W8086X1043_NIF] DriverName = WRND32$ VENDOR = 0x8086 DEVICE = 0x1043 NDIS_SYS = "W70N51.SYS" NDIS_INF = "W70N51.INF" SSID = "ANY" DEBUGLEVEL = "NONE" OPTIONS = "NONE" Give that a shot, and let us know if you can at least get booted and get an IP address with XWLAN managing the card. Also, it would be helpful if we can confirm that you have a 2100 card. Can you run pci.exe, snip the portion of the output related to the card, and post it?
