For what it's worth on plug in notebook cards, I use a Netgear WG511T PC card in my T23 with Genmac (In 54Meg G mode, not the 108 as my router was only 54). However I don't know if they still use the same Atheros chip set anymore. I had a little trouble getting it stable at first, but now is ok.
