Grab a copy of DFSEE from Hobbes or go to the dfsee.com web site and get an iso
of the bootable version. I suspect it will tell you that you have some weird
stuff in the MBR on the disk. Windows and Linux do some things that OS/2
doesn't like - such things as partitions not on cylinder boundaries or
extending beyond the end of the disk. Most times, these can be cleaned up
safely but it's hard to say until we know the details of what might be wrong.
DFSEE is the best tool I've used but it's not free. You won't be able to fix
things without registering it but you might not need to.
Don't take the eCS cleanup option unless you have good, restorable backups! It
usually works OK but Murphy has been known to drop by....
