I don't let any of my providers filter my mail.  I do all my own  
filtering.  Their filters are based on "as a whole" training, whereas  
my junk mail probably differs from the next guy.  I feel it better  
that way.  Let me know if you need gmail invites.  They support pop  
and smtp secure connections, and I never use their web interface.
