I would suggest moving to at least 1.7.10. I'm sure mine was working 
with 1.7.4, though, so that's probably not the issue.

What happens when you switch your DANIATAP.FLT back to:

BASEDEV=DANIATAP.FLT /EJ /A:1 /U:0 /TYPE:ZWL /RSJ
