I now have one remaing problem: the DVD-burner shows up twice in the drive list (and twice in the JJSCDROM drive list when the machine is booted.) Both drive letters, S: and T:, seem to refer to the same drive. At the moment, I have: ... IFS=C:\OS2\BOOT\CDFS.IFS /Q /W rem DEVICE=C:\OS2\BOOT\OS2CDROM.DMD /Q rem the line below added 10/1/07 DEVICE=C:\JJSCDROM\JJSCDROM.DMD /V /R:1 /W ... rem BASEDEV=DANIS506.ADD rem the following line changed 10/1/07 BASEDEV=DANIS506.ADD /PCS ... rem the line below modified 10/1/07 rem BASEDEV=DANIATAP.FLT /EJ /A:1 /U:0 /TYPE:ZWL /RSJ BASEDEV=DANIATAP.FLT /EJ /RSJ BASEDEV=OS2DASD.DMD BASEDEV=OS2LVM.DMD BASEDEV=OS2ASPI.DMD /ALL ... REM *** RSJ CD-Writer File System *** BASEDEV=LOCKCDR.FLT DEVICE=C:\CDWFS\RSJSCSI.SYS IFS=C:\CDWFS\CDWFS.IFS RUN=C:\CDWFS\CDWFSD.EXE -p "C:/var/temp" -c80000 -b16384 -t2 -i3 -s0 Removing either BASEDEV=LOCKCDR.FLT or DEVICE=C:\CDWFS\RSJSCSI.SYS results in a "device not found" error when I try to attach a drive in the CD Writer Control. Any suggestions as to how I may be able to get rid of one of these extraneous drive letters? Nothing I have tried seems to work. It was my impression that DANIATAP.FLT would be a replacement for LOCKCDR.FLT but alas, that does not seem to be the case. Thanks.
