One point that seems to have been different in what I saw versus what
everyone else is seeing.  Here is a cut/paste from my original comment
on Mark's question:

NOTE:  There is *not* a just 'blank' in the URL but the blank is
preceded by:
- An 'i' with two dots above it
 [probably has a proper name that I don't know]
 followed by...
- A 'one-quarter' sign
- And, then the 'blank' character.

This is why I jumped to the conclusion that it might be UniCode.

Does no one else see those extra characters?
