My experience with releases is that there's lots of activity after each
release, but unless the release is a real dog with lots of problems,
things get quiet quickly and stay that way until the next release. The
user's wander off and just use the release. If a sufficiently long time
expires between releases, there will eventually be a question or two about
when then next release will happen, but that's about it.
